Overview

Led the development of an innovative e-commerce-like advertisement purchasing portal designed to revolutionize how franchise owners manage their marketing efforts. The platform addresses the complex challenge of coordinating marketing campaigns across thousands of franchise locations while managing corporate co-op funds and seasonal advertising needs. The portal provides franchise owners with an intuitive interface to browse, select, and purchase advertisements tailored to different periods of the season—from holiday campaigns to sponsored offers. By integrating payment processing and co-op fund management with third-party vendors, we created a seamless experience that eliminates the friction previously associated with franchise marketing.

The Challenge

Franchise owners struggled with complex, time-consuming processes to purchase and schedule advertisements.
