Overview

Launched an innovative feature that revolutionizes how marketers monitor and optimize their advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The platform provides a unified dashboard integrating Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon Prime, giving marketers complete visibility into their full-funnel performance with key KPIs like CPM, CTR, and conversions. This project was groundbreaking not just for its functionality, but for how it was built. I pioneered an AI-powered development workflow that converts Figma designs directly to code, dramatically accelerating the development process. After demonstrating its effectiveness, I successfully convinced the C-Suite to adopt this workflow company-wide, transforming how we build products.

The Challenge

Marketers were drowning in data, juggling multiple platforms to monitor campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon Prime. Each platform had different interfaces, metrics, and reporting structures, making it nearly impossible to get a holistic view of campaign performance. There was no efficient way to compare performance across channels or identify optimization opportunities. Traditional development processes were too slow to keep up with the rapidly evolving advertising landscape.

Pioneered a revolutionary AI-powered Figma-to-Code workflow using Cursor and Replit, enabling rapid development and iteration. Created data pipelines to ingest and normalize data from diverse ad platforms.
